Dissertation in Educational Sciences by Erika La Ragione. A symbolic voyage with multiple ports of call: from the “pier” of an art oriented toward social transformation to the “dock” of a theater that speaks to the heart, to a “wharf” where beauty that generates other beauty is visible. A valuable medium for the itinerary and object of study is the assaiASAI company, for which the author has been an actress, educator, and assistant director.

Dissertation in Professional Education by Barbara Francescon. The intern at the ASAI office in Porta Palazzo delves into the contribution of migration anthropology, which is also concerned with the consequences that migration phenomena introduce into society. The subjects involved often become targets of prejudice and stereotyping by locals and the dominant culture. The third and fourth chapters focus on the methodology of ASAI’s educational programs.
