We promote programs that foster inclusion, youth participation, and the social well-being of minors and adults. We offer educational opportunities in intercultural contexts, especially to people in vulnerable circumstances. We act to combat educational poverty and prevent youth from dropping out of school. We build and implement networks and community actions.
Terremondo
We are a social cooperative established in 2003 as a result of the experience of some ASAI staff members. We are professionals with diverse backgrounds (educators, psychologists, anthropologists, lawyers, etc.) and work in the intercultural sphere by offering:
- academic support with study mentoring activities, management of tutoring services, and projects in schools
- active job placement programs with mentorships, work grant identification services, and training courses
- accommodations for asylum seekers and unaccompanied foreign minors
- prevention of social problems, particularly among young people
- community gathering and participation
- cultural events
- training for social workers
Our shared values, including responsibility, openness, acceptance, diversity, flexibility, interculturalism, attentiveness, and opportunity, underlie what we do.
We collaborate with the staff and volunteers of ASAI to carry out our projects and daily activities.
