Employment Center

The ASAI Employment Center provides information, advice, guidance, training, and support to job seekers.

The service is primarily aimed at young people (16-30 years old) looking for employment and training guidance and at adults looking for training in care work and home health work.

The activities are managed by ASAI volunteers and Terremondo staff in collaboration with numerous public and private social organizations. The goal is to foster active employment policies and offer group and individualized mentoring programs.

1. FIRST MEETING AND ORIENTATION

During the opening hours, young people and adults are welcomed for a first get-to-know-you meeting and orientation.

2. CURRICULUM VITAE (CV) CREATION

Drafting a CV is the first step in the journey of analyzing and identifying job skills.

3. LEGAL COUNSELING

Upon reservation, preliminary legal advice is available.

4. HOME HEALTH AIDE WEDNESDAYS

Weekly group meetings with those who carry out care and home health work to relay work availability and share moments of community.

5. GRAFT (HOME HEALTH AIDE GROUP TURIN)

On the first Saturday of each month, a group of home health aides gathers to share updates on care work and to socialize.

6. COURSES FOR HOME HEALTH AIDES

Training on specific topics for further study of care work (assisting people with dementia, the terminally ill, and people with disabilities).

7. WORK AVAILABILITY
